   • In Stock orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
   • Made to Order items take up to 21 days to be shipped

2. Shipping Methods:

   • We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
   • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and chosen shipping method.

3. Domestic Shipping:

   • Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 7-10 business days.
   • Free Shipping in all orders above 290 ILS 
   • 20 ILS symbolic shipping fee for orders up to 290 ILS
   • Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery and usually delivered within 3 business days. Costs 59 ILS flat price all over Israel

4. International Shipping:

   • We ship internationally, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
   • International delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

5. Order Tracking:

   • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Return Policy:

1. 30-Day Return Policy:

   • We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

2. Items Eligible for Return:

   • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

3. Return Process:

   • To initiate a return, please send an email to melanihek@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
   • We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

4. Return Shipping:

   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
   • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

5. Refund or Exchange:

   • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.
   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
